Return Policy - 7 Days RETURN / REPLACEMENT


Below are the conditions for return:
1) We do not pickup the product/products. In case you do not like the product or does not meet your expectations you need to courier us back.
2) Incase of Defective / Damage Product we replace the product or refund FREE OF COST, only in case you inform us within 48 hours of product received via WhatsApp (8779395303) or email (info@oytra.com) .
3) For any Order Cancellation, 2.5% Bank Transaction Charges will be levied! 
4) For COD Orders You will be provided refund in Oytra Wallet / Coupon Code for Next Order.
5) Once the product is received back, the product cost is refunded to the customer. Shipping Cost and COD Charges are not refunded back.
6) There should be NO Intentional Damage to the product.
7) We have had cases of customers damaging the product and claiming to have received faulty products, so we have put point 5.
8) We Quality Check each and every product before dispatch. We want you to have good experience at Oytra.

Apart from this, if you receive any product in the package in damage condition, please call us immediately within 48 hours after the delivery and let us know the issue, so that issue can be resolved.
